Increasing maximum upload size in PHP

Increasing maximum upload size (POST) is needed to allow the upload of larger files in PHP while posting forms, increasing the limit is pretty easy,

nano /etc/php.ini

Find and change the following as shown below,

memory_limit = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 20M
post_max_size = 20M

This allows a maximum file size upload of 20 MB, after this restart your Apache service or any other webserver that you use, in this case we'll restart apache,

service httpd restart
