I paid for my invoice with cryptocurrency but the invoice is still marked as unpaid

Cryptocoins need a certain number of confirms before they're "confirmed" as paid, most coins need between 3 - 6 confirms to "confirm", the confirmation time varies depending on the coin used to pay the invoice. As soon as the coin "confirms" the invoice is marked as paid and we activate your order.

My card payment was refunded?

We require all card payments made to have all details matching, IP address, account address and card issuer country to match your account as well due to high risk of fraud. If any of these details are different from your account, the order will be refunded.

Please contact us via the client area if you are overseas or similar and wish to make a card payment and we can make an exception for you in certain cases.
