Getting Started with your IncrediblePBX Instance at CrownCloud

This guide will help you get started with your IncrediblePBX Instance.

Choose Your IncrediblePBX Version IncrediblePBX is available in multiple versions. We recommend using the latest stable version for better security, features, and support.

Second, let's install the version

Note: You can always reinstall to a clean, fresh state and/or change version anytime you like via the same menu. This would reset your VPS to a clean/fresh state.

Finally, connect to your IncrediblePBX instance via SSH using a terminal or PuTTY

Use IP Address, username as root and password as displayed in CrownPanel during the previous step, etc.

Once you login, you will be navigated through an interactive server configuration mode to help you setup the PBX according to your requirements.

Change your root password for SSH/Putty access:

passwd

Set password for GUI access via web browser as admin user:

/root/admin-pw-change

Set password for Apache admin access to AsteriDex & Reminders:

/root/apache-pw-change

Set AvantFax email address for delivery of faxes:

/root/avantfax-email-change

Set the correct time zone for your server:

/root/timezone-setup

Configure SendMail to use your Gmail account to deliver emails from your server:

/root/enable-gmail-smarthost-for-sendmail

Whitelist additional IP addresses for server access:

/root/add-ip

Whitelist FQDNs for server access:

/root/add-fqdn
