How to Debug your VPS on CrownPanel

If the VPS is offline or shutdown, you will see a Red dot on the CrownPanel Dashboard.

In such cases, You will need to power on the VPS by navigating to "Power Control" tab and clicking on Reboot

When you launch the VNC console and receive error code 1011, This means that the VPS is offline and you need to power it on by navigating to "Power Control" tab and clicking on Boot

You can also check the Task Log, it will show messages like: Reboot, Shutdown VM, Mount, Unmount, Reinstall etc..

If you have received the following image, then No Operating System is installed on the VPS.

If you receive Error code 1006, this means there's a issue with VNC connectivity and can be fixed by Restarting VNC. You can find this option on "Settings" tab of the VPS manage page.
