How to Reset Network Interface for KVM VPS in CrownPanel
A network interface on a KVM based VPS is very similar to your PC or Laptops network interface card, commonly known as a NIC. This NIC enables computers and devices to connect to a network. It serves as the intermediary between the computer's internal processing unit and the external network, facilitating the transmission and reception of data packets.
On a VPS if you may require to "reset" this network interface, similar to plugging out a LAN cable and plugging in a LAN cable, which resets the network connectivity to your VPS.
This can be achieved by following the steps listed below,
Log in to CrownPanel
Access your CrownPanel account by visiting the website and entering your credentials. login to crownpanel client side i.e https://crownpanel.com
Crownpanel Setting Tab
After logging in, locate the VPS that you want to reset the network interface for in your CrownPanel dashboard. Click on it to access its management options. Then Look for an option or tab related to "Setting" within the VPS management interface. This is where you can manage the network settings for your VPS.
Reset Network Interface
Within the Network settings, you should find an option to reset the network interface. This might be labeled as "Reset Network" or something similar.
Confirm Reset
When you select the option to reset the network interface, you may be asked to confirm your action. Confirm it, and the network interface for your KVM VPS will be reset.
Wait for Completion
The reset process may take a moment to complete. During this time, your VPS may briefly lose network connectivity. Make sure to take this into account if you are performing this action on a live server.
Test Connectivity
