How to Claim Refund from Coinpayments
First, Enter into the Coinpayment website. CoinPayments
Click on the "Select/Contact" under the "Contact" tab.
Click on "As a Buyer".
Enter the transactionID, PaymentID or Address and click "Look up Payment" and proceed with the rest of steps as on the website to claim your refund.
