Install OpenGist v1.10.0 on Ubuntu 25.04

Download OpenGist Binary

Extract the Archive,

tar xzvf opengist1.10.0-linux-amd64.tar.gz

Navigate to the Directory

cd opengist

Make the Binary Executable

chmod +x opengist

Step 5: Run OpenGist

./opengist

Output:

Opengist v1.10.0

Access Web Interface

---

Open in your browser:

http://your_server_ip:6157

Replace your_server_ip with your actual public IP or domain.

Register a New User

---

• Open your browser at http://your_server_ip:6157
• Click Register
• Fill in username, email, and password

Login

• Click on the Login link/button
• Enter your credentials
