How To Change the Password of your cPanel Account

Important: Once you change the password of your cPanel account, the password of default user of ftp, mail, MySQL, system will be changed

  1. Login to your cPanel account using your OLD credentials,

  2. In the Preferences section, click on Password & Security

  1. Now you will see Change Password window
  • OLD password (Enter your current password)
  • New Password (Enter new password which you want to set)
  • New Password (Again) (Re-enter new password)

  1. Click on Change your password now! button

  2. Done! You can now login with your new password
