Using HE DNS to use my Domain with my VPS

Using Hurricane Electric with your vps is quite simple to setup, and can be setup in under 10 minutes.

Firstly, you will need to sign up to https://dns.he.net

Then, you will need to add your domain:

Select the domain to edit the entries on:

Then, add 2 entries:

1. A New A Record with the name @ and your VPSes IP address in the box “IPv4 Address”

1. Another A Record with the name www and your VPSes IP address in the box “IPv4 Address”

Nameserver Changes

1. Got to your domain registrar's panel and change your nameservers to the following,

   • ns1.he.net
   • ns2.he.net
   • ns3.he.net
   • ns4.he.net
   • ns5.he.net
