How to Configure Static Network on Windows Server

In this article we will see how to configure a static network on any new Windows server.

For this, you will need a server with Windows installed of your choice of version along with Administrator access.

Open the Control Panel and navigate to Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center.

Click on the Ethernet option.

Next, click on the properties from the Ethernet Status dialog box.

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IPv4) in the list of protocols in the appearing window and click on Properties.

Enter IP address, as well as the subnet mask, default gateway and DNS servers from the table below. Confirm the changes with OK.
