SSH connection to your VPS using PuTTY

PuTTY is open source software used as SSH and telnet client. Latest version can be downloaded from https://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/latest.html

Run the installer once the download finishes.

Putty 1

Input the IP address and port number.

Putty 2

A terminal will be opened prompting you for login information.

Putty 3

Note: passwords are hidden

Upon successful login, you have now established an SSH connection.
