How to Request for Service Cancellation.

1. Log into the client area.(https://crowncloud.net/clients/clientarea.php)

2. Once you logged into the client area, select the SERVICES tab.

   

3. Click on Active button of the service which you want to cancel.

   

4. Select the Request Cancellation button on the sidebar to the left.

   

5. Enter the reason for cancellation under the Briefly Describe your reason for Cancellation and select Cancellation Type (Immediate/End of Billing Period).

• If you wish to immediately cancel your service, select Immediate from the dropdown.
• if you wish to cancel your service at the end of the current billing cycle, select End of Billing Period.

Now click on Request Cancellation button.
