Launch LibreOffice from terminal
Sometimes the navbar in your Ubuntu based VNC might not be visible, nothing to worry, you can still launch your GUI based apps as shown below
Right click --> Open Terminal
Type "libreoffice" and hit enter
Done, LibreOffice is launched
